This is a good point because when you are younger it's hard to see you can change things or not do what other people want. It's very hard to change the voice in your head from negative to positive. Then someone said to say it over the top, like YOU ARE THE BEST Mohammed Ali style. It was SO hard though but it's fun, too :-) Great post Andy. I don't know this pub, I'm checking it out.
