Thank you, that’s very good to know. I’ve spent a lot of time with organic viticulture in Europe so I wasn’t happy to know that they may have been doing harm with nitrogen but then they are mostly inland. The regulations there are very strict and I takes about 3 years before you can say you are organic and that has to include your neighbours run off and pesticide use so it’s not easy to achieve. Anyway thank you. It’s a shame these regulations for organic products can be more clear and I guess benchmarked across country -and industry
