What’s your role? You’re a person, obviously with access to information, who can do things, who can apply pressure, intelligence, corporate skills, and connections to your local power structure and start to change things and plan. Compared to countless others in the world, you have influence in your circle you haven’t considered and a capacity to effect change. You can find out where decisions are being made in your workplace, community, or industry and advocate, push, and agitate for real change. You can talk to your friends. Oh, and vote, just in case it matters.
