I do think this is true and it’s difficult to figure what that is when you are only in high school. Who would know being a musician may not be a lucrative job, for example. What I think would be better is to develop financial skills rather than career advice. Ps my career counsellor told me I’d be a good marine biologist. Maybe she saw my necklace of a dolphin or something – so irrelevant for me but sounds fantastic lol!!
