Do you often wake up in the morning already feeling tired and drained, even after getting enough sleep?

Many people struggle with this — all the sleep in the world doesn’t seem to shake off the mental and emotional weight left over from the previous day. It’s like starting your day while still carrying yesterday’s burdens.

The truth is, a lot of what weighs us down mentally and emotionally is stuff we accumulate and take on ourselves unnecessarily. The different roles we play, the material things we obsess over, the constant whirlwind of thoughts and beliefs in our minds — these are just temporary layers we mistake for our true selves.

At our core, we are something much simpler and free.
