How do you deal with the overwhelm of climate change when the world does not even want to go there?

I could stand on a street corner in the middle of the city and hammer shoppers with my view through a megaphone.

This is unlikely to make a difference. So, how else can we talk about it?

For the past couple of months, I’ve been trying to answer it. You can find all the posts in one publication (Fahrenheit 122).

I’m not a scientist, but a concerned person who has lived on this planet for over 40 years and sick of the bullshit.

I’ve worked as a writer and communicator for over 20 years from journalist to copywriter to PR to sales. Most of that time, in the wine industry.

Why am I interested in climate change?

Here’s some background about me.

Before the pandemic, I spent weeks trudging through vineyards. I could be in frosty vineyards in Burgundy or slipping down chalky slopes in Piedmont. I had a successful award-winning blog and invited by wine regions as a guest to write about their wines. It was also my day job, although calling it a ‘job’ is underselling…
