Agree women should be able to do what they want with their face. And value as a woman should not be determined by looks. But there is not only one reason why humans wear makeup. Even a few examples, such as makeup therapy with people under chemo, and what I've experienced with displaced people in the Middle East, performance - makeup can be a way we face the world in our complex human ways.
